Description
Anyone can generate a frame. Keeping a character, a world, and a brand consistent across a whole campaign is the hard part. Since 2021, I've built the systems that do it: character sheets, scene bibles, node-based production pipelines, and sites and tools I ship myself with Claude Code. Here's what that looks like in practice. The stack includes ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Runway, and Higgsfield. I also use Claude Code to ship full sites and products myself. Here's the work.
